Bio Notes: William ('Bill') Jack studied for the diploma in architecture at the School of Architecture, Aberdeen. He was elected ARIBA in 1959. He worked briefly in the office of Basil Spence about this time. He spent some time in the United States studying for the degree of MArch at Cornell. He had returned to the United Kingdom by 1970 and was based in London. He subsequently joined the Building Design Partnership in Glasgow and was a partner before 1979. His name also appears in the list of partners working in the London office. He gives the London address in his entry in the 1984 directory. He is not listed in 1994.
