Bio Notes: Colin Graham Forrest studied for the diploma in architecture at Edinburgh College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1953 and ARIAS in 1954. He spent some time working with the Glenrothes New Town Development Corporation in about 1960. By 1965 he had moved to County Durham and in 1970 was working in the Borough Architects Department in Sunderland. He remained in County Durham until at least 1984.
