Bio Notes: David Cochrane studied architecture at Edinburgh College of Art where he also obtained a diploma in town planning. He was admitted ARIBA in 1972 [031592]. He joined the Reiach & Hall practice in the later 1970s and became a partner in 1980. He left in 1982. He formed his own practice, the Cochrane McGregor Partnership (by 1994 the Cochrane McGregor Group Limited). Wallace Rennie McGregor studied for the degree of MSc at the University of Aberdeen and for the degree of BArch at Heriot Watt. He formed a partnership with David Cochrane as the Cochrane McGregor Partnership before 1987.
