| Bio Notes: | Thomas Alexander McLauchlan studied part-time from 1957 at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture in Aberdeen, sitting his Part I exam in 1963. He sat his final exam in Glasgow in 1970. From that year until 1973 he had a post with Scottish Gas Architects' Department, when he moved to Dundee to work for CSA (Health Services). In 1990 he transferred to Perth & Kinross District Council Architectural Services Department. He retired in 1993 and died in April 2007. At the time of his application to the RIAS in 1993 he had a wide range of experience in industrial, commercial, health, civil and residential work. |
