Bio Notes: Stewart Charles Clark was born in Dundee on 7 April 1933, the son of John Clark, Co-operative Society clerk and his wife Annie Durn Dewar. He studied architecture at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art. He was elected ARIBA in 1958. After completing a period of National Service, in 1959 he joined the RMJM team in Hawkhill House which was beginning the Ninewells Hospital and Medical School project. He found the work as site architect at Ninewells to be very stimulating.

Outwith his professional life he was passionately interested in rugby, playing his last game at the age of 50, and in hillwalking.

Stewart died ion 21 February 1994 at Roxburghe House, Dundee, survived by his wife Mona Adrienne Mars and their four children.
