Bio Notes: C Park worked for Midlothian County Council in the 1970s. He may be identified with Charles David Park who was born in Strathaven, Lanarkshire, on 16 June 1946, the son of Charles Park, agricultural engineer, and his wife Margaret Smith Young. He elected ARIBA in 1972. He worked for Lanark District Council, Department of Planning and Technical Services by 1979. By 1994 he had moved to the Isle of Man.
