Bio Notes: Joseph Gerard Quigley studied at the School of Architecture, Glasgow College of Art. He was admitted ARIBA and ARIAS in 1964. He practised on his own in Greenock but subsequently was joined in partnership by David Davidson McKelvie who does not appear to have been a member of the RIBA. He was still in practice in 1994.
