Bio Notes: Donald Fraser worked as an apprentice to the architect James Reid of Glasgow from 1942. He broke off for National Service but returned for a short period thereafter. He was a student member of the RIBA from 1950. He was elected ARIBA in 1955 and ARIAS in 1960.

He was taken into partnership by Horace Hamilton in the practice Wilson Hamilton & Wilson before 1970. He remained with the practice until after 1979.
