Bio Notes: Ian Alexander Sinclair was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1951. He was admitted ARIBA in 1966. By 1970 he had been taken into partnership in the Watson Salmond & Gray practice. However he emigrated to New Zealand in the 1970s and had a post wiith the Ministry of Works and Development in Wellington.

He is a different person from Ian Sinclair who worked for Hendry & Legge in the late 1970s.
