Bio Notes: William Harvey flourished from about 1863-1915. He was articled in London and spent some time studying in the Ecole des Beaux Arts. He worked as assistant in the practises of Francis Fowke and Alfred Waterhouse before commencing independent practice in 1863. He was admitted ARIBA in 1867 and FRIBA in 1881.
