Bio Notes: Philip H Spence graduated from the School of Architecture, Glasgow College of Art though it would appear that he undertook further study as he is recorded in later directories as BArch, Strathclyde University. He was admitted ARIBA in 1958 and ARIAS in 1960. He began practice in partnership with Robert William Kelly Cupples Rogerson in the late 1950s or early 1960s. By the mid-1980s he was operating as Philip Spence Associates. It is as yet unclear when Rogerson retired or withdrew.
