Bio Notes: Peter George Elphick studied architecture and town planning at 'Dunelm'. He was elected ARIBA in 1948. By 1950 he had joined the Town Planning Department in the City of Edinburgh. He had returned to the north of England by 1964 and was a partner in Mauchlen, Weightman & Elphick.
