Bio Notes: John Fisher studied for the diploma in architecture at Nottingham and was elected ARIBA in 1949. He was Assistant County Architect of Gloucester in about 1963-64 and was Fife County Architect in the late 1960s becoming Director of Architectural Services, Fife Regional Council after local government reorganisation. He would appear to have retired before 1987.
