Bio Notes: Norman Douglas Couper was born on 19 September 1916, the son of Norman Couper, master baker, and his wife Jessie Low. He was admitted ARIBA in 1948. In 1950 his address was in Kirkcaldy but he had moved to Elgin by 1955. From about 1960 he was Morayshire County Planning Officer.

His address from about 1979 was Oregon, Pipershill, Nairn. He died there on 23 February 1992, survived by his wife, Lilian Louise Milne.
