Bio Notes: David Alan Hutchison studied for the degree iof BArch in London and was RIBA Donaldson Medallist in 1960. He was elected ARIBA in 1962. He was also ARIAS. He won the competition for Paisley Civic Centre in 1964 with Graham Locke and Tony Monk and they established their practice Hutchison Locke & Monk.
