Bio Notes: Houston & Dunlop was formed when James Brodie Gilmour Houston took William MacDougall Dunlop into partnership in 1972, though the name did not change until 1976. Dunlop had previously wroked in the practice as an assistant and subsequently moved to Irvine Development Corporation. He returned to the office of Houston thereafter. A branch office was opened in Irvine. In the 1980s Peter Gorton became an associate of the practice. On 6 April 2001 Dunlop retired.
