Bio Notes: David Douglas Bell studied at Dundee College of Art and was elected ARIBA in 1967. He joined was James Parr in partnership in 1972. By 1979 he had set up on his own account under the style David Bell Design Group. The practice was based in Aberdeen. He returned to Broughty Ferry by 1994, perhaps after he had retired.
