Bio Notes: Frederick Whiteford Phillips was elected a student member of the RIBA in 1953. About that time he was living in Greenock. He was admitted ARIBA in 1966. By 1970 he had been taken into partnership in the practice of Crawford & Neil. He was still working in this practice in 1986 but is no longer listed in 1994.
