She established a practice in her home at 8 Brims Road in Thurso in 1959. That same years she was elected ARIAA.
In 1971 she moved home and office to 8 Burnside Thurso. She continued to practice on her own until 1992 when Shane Rodgers was assumed into partnership and the firm moved again within Thurso, the practice name becoming The Leet Rodgers Practice. The practice specialised in the conservation of historic buildings.
