Bio Notes: Charles William Lewis Parslow was born on 13 March 1916, the son of Charles Parslow, hotel proprietor, and his wife Ann Cheseman. He was a chartered surveyor by training and therefore not a member of the RIBA.

He joined the practice of Jenkins & Marr after the 1940s and left in in 1970.

He died of cancer on 6 March 1979, srvived by his wife Kathleen Mackenzie Milne and at least one son who lived in Aberdeen.
