Bio Notes: Frank F Maxwell was a Glasgow architect. He formed a partnership with Archibald M H Stewart and William J Maxwell and they operated under the name Maxwell Stewart and Maxwell from 57 Oswald Street, Glasgow from 1927 until 1940 at which point they moved to 307 West George Street. They also ran and design and build practice under the style Stellmacs Ltd (for which see separate entry).
