| Bio Notes: | W S Black,of whom little is known, formed a partnership with John Kinross in 1887. They are described in directories as 'architects and designers' and perhaps spcialised in interior decoration. The partnership was quite separate from Seymour & Kinross and was dissolved by 1889. Black continued at 5 Queen Street until 1891 after which he disappears from directories. |
