Bio Notes: William Robertson Watt was born in Aberdeen. Nothing is known of his training but he was held the post of Lanarkshire County Architect from 1942 until 1957, when he retired due to ill-health. He married Mary H Irving. He died on 15 September 1963 at Carlisle Infirmary.
