Bio Notes: Alexander Ernest Christian Lipp was articled to Watson Salmond & Gray from 1918 and remained with them until 1924. He attended Glasgow Glasgow School of Art from 1920 to 1926 and from 1926 until at least 1928 had a post as assistant in the office of James Miller. He was admitted ARIBA on 4 June 1928, his proposers being James Miller, John Watson and David Salmond.
