| Bio Notes: | Francis S Colledge - generally known as Frank Colledge - was primarily a land surveyor who undertook associated civil engineering and architectural work. In 1874 he entered into partnership with James Brand as Colledge & Brand, and in 1876 they were joined by Thomas Wharrie of the firm of Smith & Wharrie, Smith having died a few years earlier. The practice then continued as Wharrie, Colledge & Brand. |
