Bio Notes: Frank Leonard Hodgson Fleming was born in Southsea, Hampshire in 1875 and emigrated to South Africa in 1903, assisting in the office of Sir Herbert Baker and Frankline Kaye Kendall until 1910 when he was taken into partnerhship. In 1912 or 1913 Baker left his South African practice to Fleming to concentrate on the New Delhi Government Buildings project in association with Edwin Landseer Lutyens.

Fleming died in 1950.
