Bio Notes: William Alexander Wood was articled to Arthur Hay Livingstone Mackinnon of Aberdeen from July 1920. In September 1924 he embarked on the two-year Diploma course at Aberdeen School of Architecture followed by a post-Diploma year there. He sat the qualifying exam in July 1927 and was admitted ARIBA on 5 December 1927, proposed by Robert Gordon Wilson, junior, George Watt and William Edgar Gauld.
