Bio Notes: Harry Lawrie was born c.1860. He was articled to an unidentified practice in Glasgow and studied at Glasgow School of Art, emigrating in the 1880s to Chicago where he obtained a place in the office of Burnham & Root. In 1886 he moved to the office of William W Clay in the same city, commencing practice in Omaha, Nebraska in the early 1900s. He died c.1935.
