Bio Notes: John Burbridge was an architectural presentation draughtsman and watercolourist extensively employed by Peddie & Kinnear, Charles Wilson and probably other leading practices. His studio was at 330 Renfrew Street, Glasgow in 1858; at 52 North Hanover Street, Edinburgh in 1859; at 48 India Street from 1860; at Drummond Chambers, Adelphi, London from at least 1870; and at 41 Belgrave, London from some time before 1876. He did not exhibit in Scotland after 1881.
