Bio Notes: Thomas Jerram Bailey was born in 1843 and was articled to Robert Jewell Withers from 1859, remaining as assistant until 1872 with the exception of brief periods in the offices of Ewan Christian and Samuel Sanders Teulon. In 1872 he was appointed Chief Draughtsman to London School Board under Edward Robert Robson. He was promoted to Assistant Architect in 1878 and to Architect in 1885. He retired in 1909 and died the following year.
