Bio Notes: Edwin Williams attended Liverpool University School of Architecture and was awarded a certificate in architecture in 1921. He spent some time gaining experience in Dublin and was practising in Liverpool in the early 1920s. From 1926 to 1932 he was an assistant to Sir John Burnet & Partners, but later appears to have worked for the LCC followed by independent practice.
