| Bio Notes: | Henry Lester was born in England in 1840 and emigrated in 1867 to Shanghai, where he found employment with the Municipal Council and also worked in real estate. In 1913 he joined George A Johnson and Gordon Morris in partnership as Lester, Johnson & Morris. He retired three years later and died in May 1926, but the practice title was retained. |
