Basic Biographical Details Name: | James Diggle Mould | Designation: | | Born: | 1856 | Died: | May 1935 | Bio Notes: | James Diggle Mould was born in Glossop in 1856, the son of a Primitive Methodist minister. He was articled to Maycock & Bell in Manchester and in 1878 joined Mr Haselden of Bolton as chief assistant. He commenced independent practice in Manchester in 1883, extending his practice to Bury soon afterwards and at some point taking his brother S J Mould into partnership. In 1900 he took Austin Porritt into partnership. This partnership was dissolved in 1906. The Moulds designed extensively for the Methodists as welll as for other denominations.
