Following the early death of J Gibbons Sankey, T W Cubbon was briefly in partnership with his brother, John Cubbon as Sankey Cubbon and Cubbon while continuing to maintain his own office in Birkenhead. He would seem to have entered this partnership solely to provide his younger brother with initial management expertise, the partnership being dissolved in 1901.
Arrangements have been made by which the practice of the late Mr J Gibbons Sankey of Manchester have been assigned to and will be carried on by Mr Thomas W Cubbon and his brother, Mr J Cubbon, who was for some years Mr Sankey’s principal assistant.
