Bio Notes: Peter Smith practised in Glasgow - he may have been working as an assistant when he won the competition for the design of Annan Town Hall under his own name in 1875. He appears to have been in practice with William Spence & Son in about 1880 as he gave the same address, 212 St Vincent Street. He may be the same as the Peter Smith who practised in Edinburgh at 2 Queen Street in about 1887. No further details of him are yet known.
