Name: Andrew Scott
Designation:

Died:
Bio Notes: Andrew Scott was a civil engineer and surveyor practising in the 1850s or 1860s in the Borders and the south west. There is an Andrew Scott who is described in his will as a civil engineer who lived at Maxwellheugh and died before 12 December 1852. Howeverthis seems too early unless the date for the Shambellie work is incorrect.
