Bio Notes: Henry Edward Kendall was born on 23 March 1776 and was a pupil of Thomas Leverton and perhaps also of John Nash. He practised in London. His son, also Henry Edward Kendall (born 1805), followed him into the profession. The elder Kendall died on 4 April 1875, the younger on 9 June 1885.
