Bio Notes: Thomas Sedgwick Gregson was articled to Stark & Rowntree in Glasgow in 1892, subsequently moving to London to the office of Edward Burgess. In 1897 and 1898 he worked in Sheffield as clerk of works to an unidentified N F N Doncaster, and in 1899 worked in a similar capacity for Edward Mountford in Surrey. He then joined the South Kensington office of Charles John Ferguson. He passed the qualifying exam in 1902 and was admitted ARIBA on 1 December that year, his proposers being Mountford, Henry Thomas Hare and Louis Ambler.

By 1911 Gregson had emigrated to the Far East and had joined the firm of C F Stevens & Co, which had offices in Bombay and Colombo. He was taken into partnership in or before 1915.
