Basic Biographical Details

Name: Alexander William Bisset (or Bissett)
Designation:
Born: c. 1819
Died: 11 November 1863(?)
Bio Notes: The unknown Bisset who was practising in Elgin in 1866 can probably identified with Alexander William Bissett [sic] who practised as an architect in Elgin and died on 11 November 1863. However if he is, then the Congregational Church which was designed by an unknown 'Bisset' was completed posthumously or the Bisset involved with that building is his son.
