Bio Notes: Osborn Cluse Hills was born in 1865, the son of architect Walter A Hills. He served his articles in his father's office and remained there, and in 1886 was taken into partnership. He was District Surveyor for Hackney, West Strand and Westminster East and President of the District Surveyors' Association. He died on 21 August 1935.
