Bio Notes: David Cunningham was born in Dundee on 14 July 1838, the son of John Cunningham and Margaret Bolton Archibald. He practised as an engineer and was Dundee Harbour Engineer from at least 1869 until at least 1890. He died in Newport, Fife on 13 June 1896.
