Bio Notes: Frank A Kerr was born c.1906, and was educated at Watson's College, Edinburgh. In 1924 he was articled to Alex Allan Foote. He spent the first year of his apprenticeship on the day course at the College of Art and entered for a diploma there. After completing two years with Foote, he went to Canada in 1926, around age 20. No further details of him are known.
