Bio Notes: Little is known about George B Davis, who was briefly a partner of John Campbell McKellar and George Gunn in the Glasgow firm of McKellar Davis & Gunn, formed in 1911 or 1912. Davis's role in the partnership is unclear, and his background has proved to be untraceable. Davis appears to have withdrawn or died in 1914 as thereafter the practice was known as McKellar & Gunn.
