Bio Notes: Robert Alexander Fraser was a pupil of Alexander Ross of Inverness and moved to London as assistant surveyor to the Gas Light and Coke Company, becoming its architect and surveyor c.1879. He was admitted ARIBA on 20 March 1882, his proposers being Francis Chambers, James Ebeneezer Saunders and Charles John Shoppee. He died in 1886.
