Bio Notes: David Fraser or Frazer appears to have practised in Dundee initially in the 1880s and up to 1887. By 1888 he had moved to become architect of the Panmure Estates. In the 1890s he practised independently from Carnoustie, perhaps still retaining some connection with the Panmure Estates as in 1895 he replied to a toast to the Earl of Dalhousie as well as the Hon C M Ramsay of Brechin Castle. No further details are known.
