Bio Notes: Gordon Scott Ferguson was a son of T Ferguson of Princeland Farm, Coupar Angus, and was a pupil of William Erskine Thomson of Perth who described him as 'a smart and capable lad in his profession'. As a trooper in the 171st Scottish Horse Battalion, he was killed in action at the Dardanelles on 7 October 1915.
