Bio Notes: George Gregory was born in 1866 or 1867, the son of George Gregory builder and his wife Nan Main, was an architect and civil engineer of Stonehaven. Like his father he practised in Stonehaven. He married Constance(?) Blackwell.

About 1927 Robert Robb Gall purchased his practice, probably at the point at which Gregory's health declined, the firm then becoming Gregory & Gall. Gregory died from arteriorsclerosis on 27 October 1927 at Rosslyn Castle but the firm continued under the same name thereafter, and Gall designed Stonehaven Open Air Swimming Pool in 1934.
